projecto- cooperativas agrícolas data/ local- 2005, angola estado – estudo prévio, proposta função – urbano, habitação area/ programa- 9.000ha, aglomerado urbano e rural um conceito inovador para cooperativas agrícolas, de realojamento rural, a implantar em angola, com o objectivo de promover a criação de novas oportunidades de vida, de residência e de trabalho às pessoas que enfrentam as dificuldades inerentes ao êxodo rural. projectámos um módulo hexagonal, com 155 ha, dividido radialmente em 90 lotes de 1,5 ha, para lavras de sobrevivência, com residências unifamiliares implantadas em torno de um lote central com 20ha. o lote central adquire uma estrutura urbana, que se configura apartir de praças hexagonais ligadas entre si, onde se concentram todos os serviços de apoio à colectividade (administrativos, saúde, educação, transportes, comércio, cultura, lazer, religioso). apartir deste centro, irradiam-se 6 vias de circulação estruturantes e de fácil orientação, com 4 faixas de rodagem. pelo perímetro do módulo, e de modo a aceder aos terrenos agrícolas, nasce uma via secundária, concêntrica, com 2 faixas de rodagem. é possível repetir e ampliar a estrutura formal e funcional deste módulo, de modo exponencial. como exemplo, puderão projectar-se 630 lotes apartir da repetição de 7 módulos numa área total de 1.100ha, ou 5.000 lotes apartir da repetição de 55 módulos numa área total de 8.500ha. resultando sempre a mesma forma hexagonal, oferecem-se possibilidades inigualáveis de crescimento e de expansão. os lotes centrais repetidos destinam-se a terrenos agrícolas comunitários, pudendo ser reconvertidos em espaços urbanos ou industriais (industria transformação, energias renováveis, depuração de água, tratamento esgotos), em função das necessidades do crescimento populacional. as vias de circulação principais expandem-se até aos limites da área de intervenção, e as vias secundárias, multiplicam-se de forma concêntrica de forma a assegurar uma eficaz acessibilidade e comunicação entre todos os módulos.
